📜 Terms & Conditions – FinTech Engineering Program
By signing up for the FinTech Engineering Program at 4AT Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your enrollment, training, assessments, and career support. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your application.
1️⃣ Enrollment & Program Structure
1.1 Pre-Assessment Requirement
- All candidates must successfully clear the pre-assessment to qualify for enrollment.
- Only after passing the pre-assessment will candidates be able to proceed with fee payment and course registration.
1.2 Payment & Access to Resources
- Upon clearing the pre-assessment, candidates must pay ₹999 + GST to confirm their seat.
- After payment, candidates will get access to:
✅ Live Class Zoom Links
✅ Learning Materials & Course Resources
✅ Post-Class Assessments (if applicable)
✅ Class Recordings for Revision
✅ Tutor Feedback & Notifications
1.3 Training Commitment
- Candidates are expected to actively participate in live classes, complete assignments, and follow the learning path provided.
- Attendance and engagement will be monitored for career placement eligibility.
2️⃣ Post-Assessment & Certification
2.1 Final Post-Assessment
- After completing the training, candidates must attempt the post-assessment to evaluate their industry readiness.
- A minimum passing score will be required to proceed to the final interview stage.
2.2 Face-to-Face Interview Requirement
- Candidates who pass the post-assessment must also clear a face-to-face (offline/online) interview conducted by the Academy.
- This interview assesses communication skills, technical knowledge, and workplace readiness for final placement.
2.3 Performance-Based Progression
- If a candidate fails to meet the required performance level, additional training and mentorship will be provided.
- Candidates will receive personalized support and a second attempt at the post-assessment until they meet placement standards.
3️⃣ Internship & Placement Assistance
3.1 Placement Eligibility
- Placement assistance will be only provided to candidates who successfully pass both the post-assessment and face-to-face interview.
- Placement opportunities will be based on candidate performance, employer requirements, and availability of roles.
3.2 Internship & Full-Time Opportunities
- Successful candidates may be placed in:
✅ Internships to gain hands-on industry exposure.
✅ Full-time job roles at 4AT Consulting LLP or one of our partner organizations.
3.3 Placement Commitment & Support
- The Academy is committed to ensuring every candidate receives the necessary training and placement support.
- If a candidate does not qualify for placement in the first attempt, they will be provided with additional training and interview practice until they meet the required standards.
4️⃣ Re-Attempt & Re-Enrollment
- Candidates who fail the pre-assessment will not be eligible to re-attempt for the next 3 months.
- Candidates who do not clear the post-assessment or final interview in the first attempt will receive training and will be allowed to retake assessments as per Academy guidelines.
5️⃣ General Terms & Conduct
- Candidates must maintain professional behavior throughout the program.
- The Academy reserves the right to withdraw a candidate’s enrollment in case of academic dishonesty, misconduct, or failure to comply with program requirements.
- Refunds will not be provided once payment is made.
